As a loyal Skierpost reader, you might be wondering why we haven't heard much at all from Bakkis these days. Today, Skierpost lets our humble nation of readers into why.
After cyclist Lance Armstrong announced he would not contest charges that he used illegal performance-enhancers, a profound sadness settled into Bakkis' life. You see, Bakkis is the last person left in Norway who believed in Mr. Armstrong's innocence.

At the World Mountain Running Championships in Porte di Legno, Italy, 2010 Olympian Morgan Arritola of Ketchum, Idaho paced the U.S. Women’s team to the team championship. Arritola finished in the bronze medal position with a time of 47 minutes, 26 seconds over the 8.8 kilometers course that featured 760 meters of elevation gain.

Is this Finnish youngster the strongest skier in the World?
XC skiing is endurance sport where you have to be able to produce lot of power. Many skiers look like body builders rather than runners.
